Check in: your apartment is ready from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check out: please vacate your apartment by 9:30 am on the day of departure.
Pets are welcome upon request. We charge € 10.00 per day for small dogs, € 20.00 per day for large dogs (without food) and kindly ask you to bring your own dog bed.
The minimum stay is 3 nights. For shorter stays, we charge a price surcharge.
Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas.
Our establishment is usually open during the winter season from December to early April. During the summer season, we welcome you from the end of May to the end of October, and if demand is high, until early November.
The house can be booked for events and groups from early April to the end of May, as well as from the end of October to the end of November. We also offer a catering service on request.
The minimum prices indicated are per night and apartment for the specified number of persons. We charge an extra fee for any additional persons.
We will gladly inform you of the prices for your desired stay here on the Alpe di Siusi upon request. The price does not include the local tax of € 3.50, which is charged per day and person (from 14 years of age) and must be paid on site.
Holidays at the best price: you won’t be able to book your stay with us anywhere cheaper than on our website. If you do, please let us know and we will find a solution together. As a special bonus, direct bookers can expect a little surprise directly in their apartment.
Your booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit (via bank transfer) of € 250.00 per apartment per stay and upon receiving our booking confirmation.

Enjoy pure relaxation in our Finnish sauna (90°C) and gentle infrared sauna (40°C). Unwind in the relaxation area with a picturesque view of Sciliar. Our indoor pool also offers magnificent views of the mountain panorama and invites you to disconnect.
In the warmer months, our large sunbathing lawn invites you to relax and spend time together.

Restaurant and pizzeria: a culinary journey with Robert
Under the loving direction of our host, our à la carte restaurant takes you on a culinary journey that combines the authenticity of South Tyrol with the best of international cuisine. Using fresh, carefully selected ingredients, Robert creates dishes that are light yet filling – perfectly suited to the needs of every guest, including those with special dietary requirements such as allergies or intolerances.
A special highlight is our pizza, prepared according to an old, traditional recipe that makes the dough particularly easy to digest. A taste experience not to be missed.
We offer our guests the flexibility to dine in the restaurant at the specified times or have the food conveniently delivered to their apartment. Please reserve your table by 4:00 pm on the same day.
A good day starts with an even better breakfast. We focus on quality and regionality by sourcing products directly from local farmers and producers. This guarantees not only freshness and taste but also supports local economic cycles.
Enjoy your breakfast comfortably in your apartment, or, if you wish, in the restaurant. External guests are of course also very welcome. We kindly ask you to make a note in advance.
