At Sabina, enjoyment also follows your rhythm: during our winter and summer high season, you start the day with the Seiser Alm Breakfast. In the evening, enjoy selected à -la-carte dishes and stone-baked pizza – in the restaurant or in the privacy of your apartment. In the quieter spring and autumn months, you enjoy all the freedom of your apartment – deliberately without breakfast or restaurant service.

The Sabina Apartments are located in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, directly on the Seiser Alm at 1,890 m above sea level.
Check‑in: from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival
Check‑out: by 9:30 am on the day of departure
Seasonal dates: Depending on the season, a different holiday concept awaits you at Sabina. Here you will find our current seasonal dates and the culinary services available in each period.
Our restaurant is located directly in the house and is open exclusively during the winter and summer high season. Monday is the restaurant’s day off.
Pets are warmly welcome on request. We charge €20.00 per day for small dogs and €30.00 per day for large dogs (food not included). Please bring your own dog bed.
The minimum stay is 3 nights. A surcharge applies to shorter stays.
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
Price information
The minimum prices indicated are per night and apartment for the specified number of persons. We charge an extra fee for any additional persons.
We will gladly inform you of the prices for your desired stay here on the Alpe di Siusi upon request. The price does not include the local tax of € 3.50, which is charged per day and person (from 14 years of age) and must be paid on site.
Holidays at the best price: you won’t be able to book your stay with us anywhere cheaper than on our website. If you do, please let us know and we will find a solution together.
Booking information
Your booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit (via bank transfer) of € 400.00 per apartment per stay and upon receiving our booking confirmation.
Please provide the following details when transferring the deposit:

Cancellation conditions
- Cancellations up to 15 days before the arrival date: we retain the deposit.
- Between 14 and 10 days before the start date, we charge 50% of the amount due.
- From 9 to 5 days we charge 70% of the amount due
- For later cancellations, no-shows, delayed arrivals, or early departures: we charge the full amount.
- Unexpected events can always happen. That is always annoying. To avoid additional inconvenience, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
The remaining payment of the rental price is made in cash, by debit card (ATM), or credit card.

A place of rest and relaxation
Enjoy pure relaxation in our Finnish sauna (90°C) and gentle infrared sauna (40°C). Unwind in the relaxation area with a picturesque view of Sciliar. Our indoor pool also offers magnificent views of the mountain panorama and invites you to disconnect.
In the warmer months, our large sunbathing lawn invites you to relax and spend time together.

Enjoyment on the Alm
During our winter & summer high season, the Seiser Alm Breakfast is part of your stay.
In the evening, enjoy our à -la-carte selection with stone-baked pizza (for an additional charge) – either in our restaurant or in the privacy of your apartment.
In spring and autumn, Sabina becomes deliberately quieter:
during this time, you enjoy a pure apartment holiday without breakfast or restaurant service.
Seiser Alm Breakfast
Our Alpe di Siusi breakfast combines a small yet refined buffet with a selection of freshly prepared dishes served directly at your table. At the buffet you will find the essentials for a healthy, energising start to the day. You can also choose your personal breakfast favourites à la carte – from bread and pastries, cheese and cold cuts to egg dishes, homemade cake and other specialities.
You make your selection at check-in at the beginning of your stay.
Breakfast: daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
Your rhythm: If your day begins before 8:00 am or you simply prefer to have breakfast in the privacy of your apartment, we will be happy to prepare a breakfast basket for you. A short order the evening before is all it takes.
We are happy to accommodate intolerances and special dietary requirements if you let us know in advance.
Enjoyment in the evening
After a day on the Alm, the evening can be exactly what you need. Selected Ă -la-carte dishes, South Tyrolean and Alpine flavours, and stone-baked pizza are served.
Dinner in the restaurant or in your apartment
Entirely at your own pace, you decide whether to spend the evening with us in the restaurant or in the privacy of your apartment.
Please let us know by 12:00 noon on the same day whether you would like to enjoy dinner in the restaurant or in your apartment. This allows us to prepare everything for you with care.
Our Ă -la-carte restaurant with pizzeria is also open to external guests.
Kitchen: 6:30 pm–8:30 pm
Pizza: 6:00 pm–9:00 pm
The restaurant is closed on Monday evenings. The Seiser Alm Breakfast is served daily.
